Technical parameters of HAKAN testing device

During the development and production is paying attention to precision, practicality and versatility. HAKAN S is placed in an aluminum, lightweight, but nevetheless durable chassis with pneumatic wheels. This allows the operator great flexibility and mobility. Number of 10 pressure inputs is fully sufficient for measuring complete car’s brake with two independent distributors and three brake cylinders with load simulation. HAKAN S can be controlled by any PC, laptop, tablet or other mobile device platform that operates on Windows 10 or newer. Software HAKAN is very open and user-configurable, braking systems compatible with all leading manufacturers. The user can define any measuring procedure corresponding to the rule or regulation (UIC, VPI, CD, DB, SNCF, PKP Cargo, etc..) and compile any protocol with possibility of saving graphical waveforms of individual pressures. HAKAN system is fully calibrated by software and application software contains all the necessary routines for calibration. Calibration can be performed directly in the workplace and takes max. few tens minutes.
